Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in IT, with 5 years in Oracle DWH.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and ability to optimize complex queries.
• Expert skills in Oracle PL/SQL including procedures and functions.
• Experience in Oracle Database administration and performance tuning.
• Fluent in English (B2 or C1 level).
• Availability for full-time or part-time leading to full-time.

Senior Oracle DWH Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Oracle DWH Data Engineer for our client.

Responsibilities

• Long-term cooperation with a top international consulting firm providing IT services to large and medium-sized companies from various sectors such as automotive, finance, banking, and production.
• Participation in a project to consolidate and develop a data environment for a global client in the telco industry (including taking over services from other vendors). Initially, the work will focus on maintaining existing services, and then it will shift towards development in the DevOps delivery model.
• Development and maintenance of data warehouses (Oracle DWH).
• Data modeling and creation of data marts.
• Creating and maintaining stored procedures, functions, and triggers in PL/SQL to automate processes and implement business logic.
• Optimizing Oracle database performance and tuning, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Collaboration with an international environment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in the Oracle DWH area.
• Very good knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing complex queries, solving problems).
• Expert skills in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, advanced functionalities).
• Experience working with Oracle Database and Oracle Exadata.
• Knowledge of database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
• English language proficiency at the B2 or C1 level, enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• Availability ASAP for full-time or possibility to start part-time ASAP and switch to full-time within 1-3 months.

• Knowledge of Tableau.
