Job summary

Takeda Lodz is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead process improvement initiatives and design robust operating frameworks. You will drive Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and data-driven initiatives across GF CoE towers, developing training and mentoring teams to build operational capabilities.

You will partner with senior leadership to sustain performance, resilience, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on governance and innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, with a proven track record of successfully delivered improvement projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a transactional business environment.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership.
• Strong business judgment, discretion and the ability to build trust, particularly when working with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of key operational frameworks, including Business Continuity Planning, Risk and Incident Management, Knowledge Sharing, Performance Management, Process Documentation and Process Mining.
• Develop training materials and provide mentoring on DMAIC and other improvement projects.
• Coach operational teams in implementing performance management initiatives.
• Take ownership of Business Continuity Planning to ensure GF CoE processes operate during disruptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data and digital solutions, including AI/ML.
• Design and maintain governance frameworks, standards and operating models across global functions.
