Hitachi Energy SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) was established in August 2024 as the next chapter of Reiwa (the SAP 4/HANA global transformation program).
In SAP CoE’s structure, which makes up a team of 1000+ employees, there are: Product, Service Management, Project Management, Technology, Data Management, and Support Teams.
To extend the capability of Operations in SAP CoE Support, we are looking for a senior professional to help CoE in administrative responsibilities from organizational SharePoint management, through resources onboarding and offboarding to reporting and other processes support.
This is a great opportunity to extend project and stakeholder management skills, IT skills, and grow into different roles such as project and service management roles or leadership roles.
Stakeholder management: Onboarding and offboarding of all internal and external resources belonging to the SAP CoE organization within the agreed SLA; ensuring high-quality onboarding by providing and maintaining onboarding-related material, documentation, processes description; close collaboration with HR and IT Teams for smooth E2E process steps delivery; tools access management.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring correctness of key organizational assignments for all onboarded resources, i.e., cost center, management layers, legal entities, and all other details to maintain the real-time database of resources (single source of truth) in close collaboration with Controlling, HR, Sourcing, and Procurement teams assignment. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality checks ensuring the resources (as per assignments) within the organization are correct (HR, AD accounts, Product group checks, HiNext managers assignments, etc.).
Operational process improvements: Lessons Learned.
Risk management: Manage Risk, Issues & Dependencies (RAID log).
Administration & communication tasks: Planning, managing absence tracker & relevant communication.
KPIs and progress reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators and provide regular reports on operational performance of the team as well as the overall organization within its areas: Product, Release Management, Testing, Training, Data, Project Management, and Service Management.
Operational tasks: Org charts maintenance, DLs maintenance, Mailboxes daily management, SharePoint management, Document Management System management (xECM).
Internal meetings coordination: SAP CoE relevant meetings preparation and hosting.
Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Strong IT skills (MS Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Power BI).
Soft skills: Proven leadership skills in managing small teams, including talent management, growth planning, performance management. Ability to generate new ideas and challenge the status quo, strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and addressing challenges proactively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and at different levels of the organization.
Language skills: Fluent in English language and good interpersonal, networking, collaboration, and communication skills.
Additional skills: Certification in the area of Project management (PMI), Service Management (ITIL), Lean Methodologies (Six Sigma) are an asset.
