Job summary

Parexel is seeking a home-based CRA in Poland (Trojmiasto/Koszalin) to manage oncology studies for a single client. You will oversee site activities, monitor visits, and collaborate with industry leaders, while mentoring junior CRAs in a dynamic Parexel FSP environment.

You will work from a home office across Poland, enjoying a challenging role with travel opportunities, cutting-edge technology, and strong training.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in site management with knowledge of clinical trial methodology and terminology.
• 5+ years’ experience in independent site monitoring of all types of visits.
• 2+ years’ experience as CRA in oncology.
• Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.
• Solid understanding of clinical research, trial phases, GCP/ICH and country regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all site management and supervisory activities in assigned oncology studies.
