Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
2. Leading the creation of efficient APIs and backend solutions with Fastify.
3. Designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases using Prisma ORM.
4. Mentoring team members transitioning to Node.js and TypeScript.
5. Assisting in deployment and management of services with Kubernetes.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements based on product needs.
7. Participating in code reviews.

Job requirements:

• Strong, hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with the Fastify framework and building scalable APIs.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL design and Prisma ORM usage.
• Proficiency in containerization, especially with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Next.js for frontend or server-rendered applications.
• Proven mentoring skills to help junior or mid-level engineers grow.

Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.
