Job summary

jobr.pro in Warsaw is seeking an experienced network engineer to administer and troubleshoot enterprise IP networks and the cabling system. You will implement changes to both physical and logical configurations, and provide second-line support to users across client environments.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years IT experience, English at least B2, and hands-on work with VMware NSX-T and Cisco Nexus/Catalyst devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years IT experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English level CEFR B2 minimum.
• CCNA or VMware NSX-T related certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with large enterprise networks and security devices.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and troubleshoot IP networks.
• Administer the structural cabling system.
• Perform changes in physical and logical network configuration, installing and removing devices, cabling connections etc.
• Provide 2nd line support to client's system and network users.
• Create and update the technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Advise possible network improvements, changes or upgrades to the network infrastructure.
