Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a NET Software Developer to design and develop an enterprise-grade system. The role involves leading development teams, translating requirements into robust designs, and ensuring performance, security, and quality across data, business logic, and UI layers.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level.
• Minimum 4 years of IT-related professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project experience relevant to the profile.
• At least one certification from the listed options.
• Completed at least one full solution lifecycle.
• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified domain.
• Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications with UML.
• Proficient in designing data, business logic, and UI layers.
• Experience in Scrum development environments.
• Capable of leading technical teams.
• Ability to document technical solutions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with mission-critical, complex enterprise systems including asset, HR, and financial management.
