C.H. Robinson is hiring a Mid Full Stack Software Engineer to join our technology team in Warsaw, Poland. You will focus on .NET to design and develop complex solutions that deliver value to customers.

You will optimize and refactor code for performance and scalability while collaborating with product managers and stakeholders. You will also mentor other engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience creating applications and features in .NET
• Experience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL)
• Experience with HTTP and REST architecture
• Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practices
• Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams
• Fluent English and Polish
• Preferred: data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ), React/TypeScript, Azure DevOps pipelines, system integration, logistics domain

Responsibilities

• Define interfaces, develop, and influence architectural changes.
• Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for maximum efficiency.
