You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders while delivering high-quality software in a hybrid work setting. Fluent English and Polish are required, with a track record of delivering results in dynamic teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of .NET development experience.
• Experience with MS SQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• CI/CD practices and modern DevOps workflows.
• Strong communication of technical concepts across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define interfaces, develop, and influence architectural changes.
• Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze high-level customer requirements for complex problems.
• Improve code quality through reviews and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively.
• Implement secure programming patterns in applications.
