EPAM Systems in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to modernize and scale client, transaction, and regulatory reporting platforms within Asset Management technology. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the client's office, and potential remote work within Poland.

You will implement high-quality solutions, automate processes, and collaborate across an agile global team to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable IT implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on application development in .NET.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions (Azure) and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization and scalability of reporting platforms in Asset Management tech.
• Implement high-quality solutions meeting business needs and standards.
