Our Client

Our client is a leader in the SaaS industry, specializing in software solutions for insurance companies. With 20 years of experience, they offer a comprehensive software package that supports key insurance processes such as policies, claims, reinsurance, and payments. They are renowned for their cutting-edge solutions, which they configure and tailor to meet the specific needs of their clients.

Currently undergoing a large technological transformation and building a competence center in Warsaw, the company is moving towards a Cloud Native, multi-tenant platform to modernize its infrastructure. They are making a significant investment in cloud services to create a more scalable, efficient system.

Role

A seasoned .NET engineer who not only thrives in cloud-native development but also has hands-on experience working with GenAI/OpenAI technologies. You won't be expected to build your own LLMs – instead, we’re looking for someone who has integrated OpenAI services (e.g., GPT) into business applications, understands the capabilities and limitations of these tools, and knows how to apply them effectively.

• Play a key role in developing and maintaining the main SaaS platform for insurance companies
• Oversee the transformation from virtual machines to a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant system
• Collaborate with global teams and Professional Services to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software
• Drive innovation and support large-scale cloud-native investments
• Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions tailored to the insurance sector

Key competences

• 5+ years of experience with .NET (C#)
• Hands-on experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture (preferably Azure)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Azure Functions, Event Grid, Azure Service Bus
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• CI/CD, containerization (Docker), Git
• Solid understanding of cloud application security
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience working in international teams
