You will work as part of a Scrum team, collaborating closely with engineering peers and business stakeholders to deliver products, features, and services that evolve the RelativityOne platform.

You will contribute technical expertise across the software development lifecycle, mentor less experienced engineers, and support the team’s technical leadership while helping drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Contribute to a Scrum team throughout all phases of the software lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

  • Architect and design performant, scalable, and secure software solutions with a strong focus on quality.

  • Apply object-oriented analysis, design, and programming principles using C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including SOLID principles and design patterns.

  • Provide technical guidance to help deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software operating on large volumes of data.

  • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies, including static analysis.

  • Improve software development processes by identifying and driving meaningful changes.

  • Identify, document, automate, and engineer solutions for repetitive operational tasks.

  • Contribute to and mature automated CI/CD deployment and upgrade workflows.

  • Use monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Improve software quality, completeness, and knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and respond to customer‑specific problems.

  • Coach and mentor team members through technical guidance and education.

  • Participate in an on‑call rotation as a second line of support after gaining sufficient domain experience.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, growth, and collaboration.
