Job summary

ELEKS is seeking an experienced .NET backend developer to design and implement scalable services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. You will explore GenAI-powered capabilities within our AI Lab, build PoCs, and evaluate MVPs to validate new product ideas.

You will work with LLM-based solutions, including RAG and agentic AI patterns, collaborating with product teams to turn concepts into working solutions. The role emphasizes agile practices, strong engineering fundamentals, and willingness to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience with a strong focus on .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, modern .NET (8/9), ASP.NET Core, and Web API
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with AI/GenAI solutions
• Practical understanding of LLM application patterns such as RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering/orchestration, and tool/function calling
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and actively work with Python

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Explore and implement GenAI-powered capabilities as part of the AI Lab team
• Build and evaluate prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs to validate new product ideas
• Work with LLM-based solutions, including RAG and agentic AI patterns
• Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to turn concepts into working solutions
• Contribute to Python-based development as needed and continuously develop Python expertise
• Participate in technical design, estimation, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
• Ensure solutions follow engineering, security, quality, and development best practices
• Work effectively in an exploratory environment where requirements evolve through experimentation

REQUIREMENTS
