Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Junior .NET Engineer to join our team. You will develop and maintain web-based applications and services using C# and .NET, with opportunities to work across cloud platforms and modern development tools.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, participate in code reviews, and stay current with the latest .NET and cloud trends while growing in a team-oriented, open environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET skills with exposure to ASP.NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.)
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers
• Deploy, integrate, and monitor software on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and non-production environments
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability
• Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET frameworks, cloud technologies, and relevant development tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in software development
• Strong C# and .NET skills
• Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS
• Practical experience using AI (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript will be a plus
