Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team in a 100% remote, B2B long-term engagement. You will work on developing new products and maintaining existing ones, including design, installation, testing and support of software systems.

The role requires ownership, autonomy, and the ability to deliver high-quality software in a remote-first environment. Strong experience with .NET/C#/MS technologies and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial development experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP, and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in software design, implementation, and support.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional and design specifications and align with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of product features and implement tasks of any complexity.
• Assist the Team Lead and take responsibility for parts of the product.
• Implement complex backlog tasks and improve the code review process.
• Collaborate with other Senior Engineers on complex solutions.
• Initiate and conduct code reviews, and define coding standards and guidelines.
• Estimate feature scope and break it down into tasks.
• Conduct technical interviews for new candidates and internal personnel.

• Demonstrate flexibility during negotiations and follow established development processes
