Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a Senior Developer to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work with a client-facing team and contribute across development, testing and support activities, coaching juniors as needed.

The role requires strong ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core skills, experience across frontend and backend, and a pragmatic, user-focused approach. Based in Kraków, Poland, with agile, collaborative teams and a strong emphasis on delivering value.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in Agile development teams.
• Experience with client- and server-side technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Experience writing secure applications and unit tests.
• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements.
• Develop working software in Agile teams with UI/UX focus.
• Design and develop software modules and business logic.
• Own scope, content and quality per schedules.
• Root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor metrics for development, testing or support.
• Collaborate as a team player and be flexible.
