Job summary

TeamQuest is a rapidly growing Polish HR consulting company focusing on IT recruitment. We are seeking a Backend .NET Developer to join a team delivering integrations with external systems and robust asynchronous data exchange in a client-driven environment.

You will work across a variety of Polish cities with the possibility of fully remote work, collaborating with client analysts and testers to ensure high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar Backend .NET role.
• Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+).
• Experience with SOAP/XML and REST/JSON integrations.
• Experience with asynchronous architectures and message queues (RabbitMQ).

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing integrations with external systems (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON).
• Maintaining asynchronous data exchange (queues, callbacks, idempotency).
• Generating API clients from OpenAPI contracts and handling version changes.
• Building and maintaining mocks of external systems for tests.
• Implementing business logic in a BPMN engine and rule models.
• Configuring environments (Docker, CI/CD) and participating in releases.
