Job summary

TeamQuest is a rapidly growing Polish HR consultancy delivering IT recruitment and integration services. We are seeking a Backend .NET Developer to design, implement and maintain integrations with external systems, APIs, and asynchronous data exchange for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in a similar role, strong C#/.NET, Docker, CI/CD, and experience with SOAP/XML and REST integrations. Remote work is possible, with collaboration across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+)
• Practical experience with SOAP/XML integrations and REST
• Experience with asynchronous messaging patterns (RabbitMQ) and idempotency
• Good SQL/database knowledge
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
• English for reading technical docs

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations with external systems (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON)
• Maintain asynchronous data exchange mechanisms (message queues, callbacks, statuses)
• Generate API clients from OpenAPI contracts and handle version changes
• Build mocks of external systems for test environments
• Implement business logic in a BPMN engine using C#
• Configure environments (Docker, CI/CD) and assist in releases
• Analyze defects from tests and production using logs; collaborate with analysts
• Document solutions and transfer knowledge within the team
