Job summary

Forte Group is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Integration Specialist to drive enterprise integration initiatives. You will work on MuleSoft-based solutions within API-led architectures, involving data migration and modernization efforts across CRM/ERP platforms.

Join a remote-first team, collaborating with analysts, architects and operations while delivering robust integrations. You will own components, ensure quality releases, and help evolve the integration landscape with best practices.

Qualifications

• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience across multiple integration use cases.
• API-led architecture to support loosely coupled systems and evolving platforms.
• Development and consumption of RESTful and SOAP-based services.
• DataWeave, JSON and XML handling for transformations and validations.
• Experience refining existing integrations, improving error handling and performance.
• Involvement in data migration and synchronization as part of transformations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for validation and analysis.
• Navigating complex data models and cross-system reconciliation.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, and operational integrations with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and ability to explain concepts clearly to mixed audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across phases of integration initiatives from discovery to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and operations to clarify requirements and risks.
• Own integration components and manage their full lifecycle.
• Work in distributed Agile teams and adapt to changing priorities while keeping commitments.
• Proactively address integration risks and support peers to achieve team goals.
