• Defining and driving integration pathways, reference architectures, and patterns, with a primary emphasis on maximizing the capabilities of MuleSoft as our core integration platform.
• Establishing and maintaining the long-term technology roadmap and architecture vision, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while actively managing technical debt and non-functional requirements.
• Partnering directly with business teams and stakeholders to translate their operational needs into optimal technical concepts, acting as a trusted advisor who can clearly explain complex architectures.
• Leading and mentoring product teams, providing technical oversight, evaluating external technology trends, and conducting vendor feasibility assessments to continuously enhance business value.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record designing complex, multi-solution architectures, managing long-term technical roadmaps, and creating logical data models.
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in integration frameworks, with a strict requirement for hands‑on mastery of MuleSoft across highly interdependent landscapes.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to challenge assumptions, influence perspectives, and clearly articulate difficult technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
