Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior MSSQL Database Administrator to lead complex MSSQL deployments and provide expert-level guidance across projects. The role focuses on high-availability databases, performance optimization, and mentoring a team of DBAs.

You will work in a mostly remote setting with occasional office days in Poland, engaging with business partners and driving technical excellence across the MSSQL stack.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MSSQL database administration and tuning.
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and data provisioning.
• Experience with Data Warehouses and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Day to day support and maintenance of MSSQL databases.
• Solving high complexity incidents.
• Investigating problems and implementing changes.
• Participation in designing and delivering projects.
• Acting as technical team leader for the MSSQL DBA team.
• Acting as customer partner and advisor in MSSQL DBA area.
