Job summary

We are growing and seek an experienced ML/DS Director to lead a contractor team delivering ML scoring for Sponsored Offers, shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment with backend and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML/DS in production environments.
• 2+ years direct people management.
• Proven end-to-end model training experience.
• Expertise across full model lifecycle: data prep to rollout.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
• Ability to drive cross-functional ML/serving/product alignment.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor team delivers high-quality ML Scoring solutions for Sponsored Offers on schedule.
• Manage training scope for deep learning models including feature space definition and lifecycle standards.
• Coordinate transition of scoring from existing teams with backend and product stakeholders.
• Provide expert input to future ML roadmaps for Sponsored Offers.
