Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform in Poland, with a lean AI-native engineering team. You will set ML standards for credit decisioning and own the end-to-end model lifecycle in a hybrid Warsaw/Kraków setting.

We seek a Staff-level engineer with 7+ years in production ML, 3+ years in credit-scoring, and deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and MLOps. Hybrid work and a B2B contract offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in machine learning engineering in production systems.
• 3+ years in credit-scoring, risk modelling or decisioning ML on Spark/Databricks.
• Fluent in explainability and responsible-AI techniques for regulated decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Set ML architecture and modelling standards for credit decisioning.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle from feature selection to monitoring.
• Partner with Data Engineering to define feature-store roadmap.
• Establish documentation, model cards and adverse-action reasoning.
• Design agentic harnesses and graph workflows bound to the feature store.
• Mentor Senior and Mid ML Engineers; set technical direction.
