Job summary

ClickHouse, recognised on the Forbes Cloud 100 list, seeks an experienced AI/ML software engineer to join our Cloud team. You will design and deliver AI-powered features across the full stack, from backend inference services to intuitive Frontend interfaces within the ClickHouse Cloud platform.

You will build robust APIs, drive integrations with the broader AI/ML ecosystem, and own end‑to‑end ML pipelines with monitoring and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies in production.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production with inference APIs and vector databases.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive features from concept to production with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Applied ML experience in Python (Jupyter, PyTorch) and compute clusters (Ray, Slurm).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features across the full stack for ClickHouse Cloud.
• APIs that connect database capabilities with AI/ML inference systems.
• Ecosystem integrations with popular AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Deploy models with monitoring, versioning, and observability.
• Participate in daytime on-call rotation.
• Own the ML pipeline end to end (data, training, evaluation).
