Senior ML Engineer: Production NLP & Multi-Agent Pipelines

Job summary

SoftServe’s AI and Data Science Center of Excellence seeks an experienced ML engineer to design and productionize end-to-end ML systems, from data pipelines to agentic multi-agent workflows, across NLP, RAG, and multimodal AI projects.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clients to translate business requirements into production-ready ML solutions, building scalable pipelines and robust deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years building and deploying real-world ML in production.
• Strong Python proficiency across the data science ecosystem.
• Experience with LLMOps, AgentOps and experiment tracking tools.
• CI/CD/CT for ML and orchestration tools like Databricks, Kubeflow, Airflow.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or CrewAI frameworks.
• Upper-intermediate+ English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
• Develop and maintain LLMOps pipelines for observability and prompt versioning.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and clients to deliver production-ready ML solutions for NLP, RAG and multimodal models.
• Build and orchestrate agentic and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Manage ML infrastructure and CI/CD/CT pipelines across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Package ML services into real applications with reliable deployment and monitoring.
• Operate workflow tools like Databricks Jobs, Kubeflow or Airflow to automate pipelines.
