Job summary

Atos seeks a Senior Technical Engineer to support daily operations, administration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Exchange Server environment. You will work with the team in Austria and provide primary German language support, while English serves as a secondary channel.

The role requires hands-on Exchange expertise, PowerShell proficiency, and the ability to work independently within an international context. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule in Poland and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting ability to understand and modify existing scripts.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.

• Fluent German and English, with German as the primary support language.

• Administer and maintain the MXS infrastructure including Microsoft Exchange Server and SMTP services.
• Manage DisclaimIT: update email titles, banners, and links.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets related to supported services.
• Perform user and mailbox administration.
• Process requests submitted via ANDIS, the customer-owned tool.
• Execute and document Disaster Recovery tests.
• Implement changes in the MXS environment following change management.

Senior Technical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to join our team and support the daily operations, administration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Exchange Server environment. In this role, you will work independently while collaborating closely with the team in Austria. German will be the primary language used when providing support.

• Process and fulfil requests submitted through ANDIS, the customer-owned request management tool.
• Execute and document Disaster Recovery tests.
• Implement approved changes in the MXS environment in accordance with established change management procedures.

Required Skills And Experience

• Hands-on experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, including the ability to understand and modify existing scripts.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Customer-focused and proactive approach to daily operations and support.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with an international team based in Austria.
• Fluent German and English, with German being the primary support language.
