Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to maintain and support the Microsoft Exchange Server environment, collaborating with an Austria-based team. German will be the primary support language, with English also required.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to work on DR tests, change management, and active IT security initiatives within a global digital services leader.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and modifying existing scripts.
• Basic Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Customer-focused and proactive approach to daily operations and support.
• Willingness to collaborate with an international team based in Austria.
• Fluent German and English; German is the primary support language.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the MXS infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange Server and SMTP services.
• Manage DisclaimIT: update email titles, banners, and links.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets related to supported services.
• Perform user and mailbox administration.
• Process requests through ANDIS, the customer-owned tool.
• Execute and document Disaster Recovery tests.
• Implement approved changes following change management procedures.
