Job summary

Arup Poland is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the HVAC design packages from concept through detailed design to installation and commissioning on complex projects across Mission Critical (Data Centres) and Science & Industry. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors in a truly international environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, mentoring junior engineers, and active contribution to proposals and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical services engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Poland for design or pursuing chartership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of mechanical design packages across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, discipline experts, clients, contractors and authorities to keep delivery moving.
• Design HVAC systems in a BIM environment and use design-support software for HVAC systems.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers, reviewing work to high standards.
• Ensure technical and quality standards across designs and deliverables and review contractors’ submissions.
