Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join our Global Security Operations team in Poland. You will lead MDR/MXDR efforts, analyze critical endpoint alerts, and collaborate across cloud, identity, email, network, and endpoint environments to protect customers.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in security operations, strong Windows OS knowledge, scripting skills (Python/PowerShell), and excellent communication to engage with stakeholders up to c-level.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience with a strong knowledge working in security operations.
• Experience in two or more areas: endpoint security, malware analysis, threat hunting, incident response, forensics, or reverse engineering.
• Strong knowledge of modern operating systems (Windows required; OS X and Linux advantageous).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with stakeholders up to the c-suite.

Responsibilities

• Being the point of escalation and performing security analysis of the most critical endpoint alerts (MDR).
• Piece together the attack chain across customer environments including cloud, identity, email, network, and endpoint (MXDR).
• Participate in incident investigations and take decisive steps to respond to active breaches.
• Threat hunting across customer environments for attackers or remnants of activity.
• Analyze and research new or emerging attacks, actors, malware samples, and TTPs.
• Collect, process, and exploit OSINT to create better hunting queries and Threat Alerts.
• Engage in customer-facing interactions from SOC analysts to C-suite executives.
