systems. The role requires 4+ years in analytics or procurement, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with sourcing events and contract coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, project management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and reporting activities.
• Exposure to Marketing procurement categories such as Media, Creative Agencies, Production, or Market Research is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global Marketing spend, supplier performance, and savings initiatives; translate findings into executive-ready reports and recommendations.
• Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx development, bid analysis, supplier communication, e-auction administration, and contract coordination.
• Develop ROI models, cost benchmarks, and scenario analyses to support sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Monitor category KPIs, savings performance, and sourcing pipelines; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, status tracking, and stakeholder communications within the Global Strategic Sourcing framework.
• Maintain value tracking, compliance, and supplier data while adhering to policies and contracting processes.
