The Senior Marketing Coordinator position for the Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) unit in Germany at EY GDS (Global Delivery Services) is a vital role that supports the strategic marketing initiatives tailored specifically for the German market. This position is essential in enhancing EY's brand presence and driving impactful marketing communications that resonate with local clients and stakeholders.

The BMC team in Germany is part of a larger network of over 2,000 professionals dedicated to various functions, including brand management, marketing strategies, public relations, corporate communications, and digital channels. This role will focus on creating and executing marketing programs that align with the specific needs and priorities of the German market, ensuring that campaigns are culturally relevant and effective.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with BMC leadership and stakeholders to design and implement marketing strategies aligned with German market needs.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing program execution, ensuring content is audience-centric and channel-appropriate.
  • Coordinate with brand, digital, and communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns with consistent messaging.
  • Work closely with GDS teams and outsourcing partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives, leveraging the global network’s scale and capabilities.
  • Apply marketing best practices and use data analytics to monitor performance and optimize impact.
  • Travel within the region may occasionally be required, depending on business needs, but is not a standard expectation of the role.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience in a global or matrixed environment, with a strong record of delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Fluency in German is required, as many campaigns are executed in the local language.
