Job summary

Newfire Global Partners seeks a Senior Manual QA Engineer to support a vaccine-management mobile app for nurses, with integration into the Epic ecosystem and customer systems. You will ensure quality across mobile, web, and API testing, driving end-to-end validation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on comprehensive manual testing, end-to-end workflows, and a commitment to quality in a healthcare-focused project.

Qualifications

3+ years of Manual QA experience across Web, Backend, and Mobile testing.
Experience with QA tools such as Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, TestFlight, Charles.
Proficient in bug tracking and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, SVN).
Familiar with Test Management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough manual testing of Web, BackEnd, and Mobile applications.
Develop and execute test plans, checklists, and test cases.
Identify, record, and track bugs with detailed repro steps.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, product managers, and UI/UX designers.
Participate in all aspects of the SDLC from requirements to post-release support.
Test APIs and services by verifying data across systems.
Work with the automation team to identify automation opportunities.
Ensure test results are reproducible and documented.
Participate in hiring processes as part of the senior team.
