Job summary

GlobalLogic in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Software Test Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in manual and automated testing. You will participate in test design, execute tests, report defects, and collaborate with development and customer teams to ensure high-quality healthcare software solutions.

The role focuses on embedded testing, test documentation, and continuous quality improvement within a healthcare domain, offering growth and exposure to global projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years in Software Testing (manual/automation).
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, functional testing.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists).
• Experience in working with documentation – Requirements Specifications, Test Plan, Test Reports, etc.
• Experience with embedded system testing.
• Upper intermediate level of English.
• Working in Healthcare domain would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a separate project activity assigned by PM.
• Participate in test requirements development, test design, and test development.
• Execute manual test cases and report defects found in the issue tracking system.
• Work with documentation – Requirements Specification, Tests Descriptions, Test Reports, Traceability.
• Track and report test coverage and software quality metrics.
• Work closely with the development team and customer team.
