We foster a collaborative culture grounded in continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork—core to how we operate and succeed. As we continue to scale and evolve, finance plays a critical role in ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and the insights needed to drive sustainable growth.

This role is central to our finance organisation, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of statutory reporting and tax obligations across EMEA. As a key technical finance leader, you will play a critical role in maintaining robust governance, delivering high-quality statutory reporting, and ensuring alignment between group and local requirements.

You will lead statutory reporting and audit engagements, provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, and partner closely with Regional Controllers and external advisors. • Coordinate regional tax compliance in partnership with external advisors, ensuring timely submission of corporate tax, VAT, and other statutory returns.
  • Provide technical accounting mentorship on complex transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
  • Review and assess the accounting treatment of new or unusual transactions, detailing technical position papers where required.
  • Partner with Regional Controllers to ensure alignment between group reporting and local statutory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate external audits across the region, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance with internal control frameworks and corporate policies.
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across EMEA, assessing business impact.
  • Foster consistency and continual advancement in statutory reporting and compliance workflows.
  • Coordinate balance sheet integrity and ensure appropriate provisions, accruals, and disclosures are recorded.
  • Support legal entity rationalisation, restructuring activities, and new entity set-ups within the region.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to local finance teams on statutory and technical matters.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience; professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • More than 5 years of established experience handling statutory reporting and tax compliance across a global organization.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise with experience in IFRS and/or US GAAP.
  • Experience coordinating and managing external audits.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaborator management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly.
