Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Digital Labeling, located in Warsaw, Poland. You will drive labeling’s transformation from document-based processes to structured, digital, and data-driven labeling across Global, Regional, and National Labeling teams.

You will work across Regulatory Affairs and Technology to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, advancing labeling platforms and capabilities, including AI, ePI, and data standards such as HL7 FHIR.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall experience in related pharma functions.
• 3-4 years in Regulatory Affairs, Labeling or related labeling operations.
• English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve digital labeling capabilities across platforms and standards.
• Define requirements and prioritize capabilities for labeling technology.
• Drive adoption of structured labeling data models (HL7 FHIR ePI).
• Manage the digital labeling product roadmap across teams and vendors.
• Create business value through content reuse, AI, automation, and process improvement.
