The work involves addressing intricate issues that require in-depth analysis and judgment. The role also engages with key contacts outside its immediate area of expertise and contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Operating with considerable autonomy, this position serves as a consultant to management and as an external spokesperson on major matters, often leading functional teams or projects. The role also supports the development of junior staff through training and mentoring.
