Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a professional for M&A Transaction Services with 3–4 years of Financial Advisory/Audit experience, preferably Big4, with strong finance and accounting background and IFRS/ Polish GAAP knowledge.

You will conduct buy-side and sell-side due diligence, prepare English reports and client communication, and maintain relationships with clients. The role offers partial remote work and offices in Warsaw or Katowice, with ongoing training and clear career path.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Financial Advisory / Audit (Big4 preferred) or relevant corporate finance in advisory firms/banks.
• Strong educational background in finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Polish GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients.
• Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends, working capital, EBITDA, net debt, and risks.
• Prepare deal-focused presentations and reports in English for clients.
• Translate results into essential information for deal strategy and agreements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with teams and meetings.
