Voodoo in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Level Designer to hands-on design levels for Hole.io and eventually mentor a small team. You will work with the Unity engine to craft engaging 3D levels and define level progression.

Collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers, balance gameplay using data, and contribute to tooling and workflow improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven level design experience in 3D games.
• Strong Unity knowledge (intermediate or higher).
• Experience with data-driven balancing and tuning.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team from the ground up.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan level progression and difficulty curves aligned with player and business needs.
• Design and iterate 3D levels using Unity and proprietary tools.
• Mentor and guide fellow level designers as the team grows.
• Define level design guidelines and tool specs to improve workflow.
• Document levels, progressions, and AB test results.
• Collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to realize designs.
