Senior Legal Advisor

In your role of Senior Legal Advisor, you will be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with country and factories management at SKF sites (Sopot, Karnare, Kalofer) and external partners to ensure legal integrity in all aspects of our operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide legal support on corporate, trade law and tax insurance law
  • Draft, review, and manage agreements with suppliers, partners, and employees
  • Conduct meetings with the management board and supervisory board
  • Ensure compliance with Bulgarian legislation and internal standards
  • Liaise with external legal advisors when needed
  • Conduct internal training on legal topics and participate in audits and investigations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes collaborating with Group Legal
Requirements
  • University degree in Law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge corporate, trade law and tax insurance law
  • Regular traveling to our factories in Sopot, Karnare and Kalofer
  • Proficient in both communication and negotiation techniques
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken

This position is based in Sopot, Bulgaria. Local contract.

You will report to Quality, Legal and Compliance Director, that is based in Gothenburg (Sweden).
