How you create impact

• Design and implement our AI solutions using state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Shape the entire lifecycle of AI applications – from ideation and exploration to specification, architectural design, prototyping, production implementation and enterprise-wide integration.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
• Mentor more junior team members by sharing technical and domain expertise.
• Uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Take an active role in project coordination and roadmap planning.

What we would like you to bring

• Master’s or PhD degree in data science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, physics or a related field.
• Two years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist or in an equivalent role.
• Capability to envision and deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions.
• Advanced hands-on experience in AI model development with strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python with proven software architecture and development skills in enterprise environments.
• Experience with data pipelines, workflow orchestration, APIs and databases. Practical experience with deployment, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience mentoring team members and consulting with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English paired with a collaborative mindset.
