Valora Outcomes is seeking a Senior Java Software Developer to own backend systems in a distributed, production-grade environment. You will design and implement Java-based services, microservices, and streaming solutions, collaborating with cross-location teams across Warsaw and EU remote setups.

The role emphasizes ownership, reliability and high-quality delivery, with exposure to architecture discussions and scalable, multithreaded components.

Qualifications

• At least 7-8 years of commercial Java development experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
• Experience with multithreaded and scalable applications.
• Knowledge of Hibernate, REST API and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka or similar streaming solutions.
• SQL and database experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift or public cloud.
• Understanding of 12-factor app design.
