Job summary

Alex Staff Agency is seeking a highly skilled engineer to design and scale real-time advertising bidding systems, including DSPs, RTB exchanges, and SSP platforms. You will optimize backend services in Java and Go to hit strict latency targets and build data-heavy architectures using Aerospike, ClickHouse, and Kafka for streaming data.

The role involves GenAI R&D work, integrating LangChain and related tools for automation and analytics, plus contributing to frontend dashboards when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling real-time DSP/RTB platforms.
• Strong backend performance optimization and low-latency systems.
• Experience with high-load data architectures and event streaming.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain real-time advertising bidding systems (DSPs, RTB Exchanges, and SSP platforms).
• Optimize backend services using Java (Spring Boot / WebFlux) and Go (Golang) to meet strict low-latency SLA/SLO targets.
• Build and manage data-intensive architectures utilizing high-load storage solutions (Aerospike, ClickHouse) and event-driven messaging (Apache Kafka).
• Participate in R&D initiatives involving GenAI, integrating Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, N8N) for workflow automation and predictive analytics.
• Take full ownership of features end-to-end, contributing to the frontend layer (React / TypeScript) for internal tools and dashboards when required.
