Xebia is seeking an experienced Software Engineer (JVM) to design and implement scalable solutions in a Java/Spring Boot stack. You will shape technical strategies, develop microservices with DDD and Event Sourcing, and work across teams to align solutions with business goals.

You'll use Azure and AKS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, and modern CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. English proficiency of at least B2 and willingness to work from Kraków office weekly are required.

Competenze

• 6+ years of professional software engineering in JVM ecosystem.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot hands-on experience.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading implementations.
• Experience with microservices architecture, preferably DDD and Event Sourcing.
• Practical Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, and Terraform usage.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and modern CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with monitoring (Splunk) and automated testing (Spock).
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve delivery quality.
