Job summary

Inetum Polska seeks an experienced Senior Java Developer with hands-on AI experience to join our Consumer Finance solutions team. You will design backend services, build AI-enabled features, and collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable applications.

You will work in a hybrid setup across Poland, with growth opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies in the banking sector. English and Polish at B2 level are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, REST, and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience using AI in real projects beyond basic coding assistants.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG, vector databases, LLMs, AI agents, and data-driven AI solutions.
• Ability to design and implement AI-based solutions independently.
• Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications within the Consumer Finance area.
• Design and implement new backend functionalities.
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams.
• Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
