Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a software developer to design and implement enhancements, prepare development environments, and ensure code quality across releases. The role requires strong Java skills and hands-on work with high-volume, real-time data processing in the banking sector, including Kafka.

You will join a hybrid team with periodic in-office collaboration, leveraging testing and integration expertise to deliver robust, scalable financial software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java development skills and real-time data processing experience.
• Experience with high-volume data processing systems.
• Hands-on Apache Kafka experience.
• Experience in banking or financial sectors.
• Understanding of software testing and system integration.

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Work Model: Hybrid (1-2 days per month in the Warsaw office)
