Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o. in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join the Evidence and Devices Engineering team. You will primarily work on the Java backend, designing and implementing scalable features, improving architecture, and ensuring performance and resilience of the product.

You will collaborate with local and distributed teams in an Agile environment, write meaningful automated tests, and contribute to high-quality software delivered in Kraków and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of software design, architecture and patterns.
• Experience designing high-performance, multithreaded systems.
• Proficiency with automated testing (JUnit) and debugging.
• Relational DBs (Postgres) and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• Good communication in English and collaborative work in Agile.
