Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Evidence and Devices Engineering team in Kraków, focusing on backend and full stack work with emphasis on the Java backend.

You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance services, APIs, and backend features, while collaborating with distributed teams in an Agile environment and ensuring quality through testing and profiling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend software development with Java/JDK.
• Strong software architecture and design pattern knowledge.
• Experience with relational DBs and ORM (Postgres, Hibernate/JPA).
• Excellent communication and ability to work in Agile teams.

• Design and implement backend Java features and APIs.
