Sii Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Java and Angular expertise to design, develop and maintain cutting-edge digital platforms used globally by employees, clients, and drivers.

You will work in an Agile environment, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure high quality through testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices, with occasional office on-site collaboration in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Java Developer with Angular.
• Strong Java and Spring backend experience.
• Solid Angular frontend experience with latest versions.
• Knowledge of design principles, secure coding, and API development.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to create technical designs, test cases and code reviews.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend and frontend components of the application.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions.
• Analyse business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebases for stability and efficiency.
• Support software integration and configuration activities.
• Define and execute testing strategies for reliability before release.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations.
