We are seeking a Senior IT Solution Expert – Procurement to join our IT Supply Chain Platform team. As the Senior IT Solution Expert – Procurement, you will identify and deliver the best possible solutions to meet our business requirements, maximizing standard functionalities and features of the existing or future systems that support the Procurement Analytics capabilities. Experience with Procurement Analytics software or new automated/digital tools within procurement would be an advantage.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Procurement applications and/or Procurement operations
  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of procurement analytics requirements for: Spend and savings reporting, Procurement KPI reporting, market intelligence, supplier risk, supplier performance, sustainability
  • Proven Experience of implementing Procurement Analytics tools and data sources (e.g. Sievo, S&P Global, Ecovadis, RBA, Everstream, Procurement performance dashboards, Supplier performance reporting tools)
  • Excellent understanding of procurement data (Suppliers, RFX, Contracts, PO, Invoices) and analytics and spend data sources (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Ariba)
  • Understanding of Procurement Analytics touchpoints with Source-to-Contract, Purchase-to-Pay, Finance, legal, Supplier management, Sustainability and risk management
  • Proven experience of working with distributed business and IT teams and vendors
  • Stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities, identify “musts” and “nice-to-have” with key business stakeholders
  • Project Management and/or Lean/Agile tools expertise highly desirable
  • Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment
  • Consumer-centric approach and mindset, problem-solving aptitude
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable with all types of external and internal partners

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Delivering Procurement Analytics applications to unlock new capabilities
  • Proposing opportunities and improvements in existing procurement applications based on the defined future state process & systems
  • Support Service management in investigating and resolving issues with existing Procurement Analytics applications
  • Partnering with products owners and other business stakeholder
  • Preparing project-related documentation and communication
  • Leading the design of Procurement Analytics applications and integration with data sources
  • Governing solution deployment as per PMI global standards
  • Ensuring proper user support and prioritizing changes to the tool
  • Defining and sustaining training programs and reference material to ensure knowledge retention
  • Being the main contact with suppliers and new tools, establishing formal meeting structures and content
