Callstack in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an IT Security Officer who will take ownership of day-to-day security and infrastructure operations.

You’ll protect systems, devices, identities, and data, while supporting employees and continuously improving security processes across the company.

This role blends hands-on cybersecurity with incident response, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), cloud and endpoint security, vendor coordination, and security awareness to help Callstack stay secure as we grow.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Security/Cybersecurity or similar roles.
• Good knowledge of macOS, Windows, Linux.
• Hands-on with endpoint security, IAM, MFA, SSO, and access management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, ISMS, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Maintain and enhance security tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, MDM).
• Monitor alerts, investigate threats, and coordinate incident response.
• Manage backups, DR, and data protection; oversee security audits and compliance.
